Gayane grew up in Armenia where she studied a variety of subjects including finance, law, and realty. In 2015, she made the move to the United States, settling in Glendale. Today, she concentrates on neighborhoods across the Greater Los Angeles area including Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Sun Valley, La Crescenta-Montrose, La Cañada Flintridge, Eagle Rock, Altadena, Tujunga, and Santa Clarita.
